This student Manual is designed with the aim to provide final year students in the filed with necessary knowledge to be able to address the above mentioned need. It includes, through four chapters, the distribution functions, forces that apply on particles in concentration processes, the mineral liberation predictions, as well as the application of modelling and simulations to specific processes.
