Summits that I have reached or attempted include Mont Blanc, The Matterhorn, The Eiger, Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, Mount Cook, Mera Peak in Nepal, Aconcagua in Argentina, Mount Ararat in Turkey, Mount Fuji in Japan, Yushan in Taiwan; and La Meije, La Verte, Bionnassay, and many other peaks in the European Alps. Although I am eighty I intend to continue climbing for as long as possible.
