This book is about the residents' perceptions of the urban tourism that is taking place in their locality, how they benefit financially mostly. This study took place in Jinja municipality in Uganda and involved 50 respondents who were selectively chosen to fill our questionnaire plus the other people who were interviewed informally just to justify the answered questionnaires.The major objectives were to identify tourism attractions within the locality, to examine peoples perceptions about this kind of tourism, to assess the challenges people face as a result of urban tourism and lastly to suggest the possible solutions...
