This analysis is divided into three parts: First of all the company itself is in the focus. This is followed by an in-depth analysis of PepsiCös current vision statement. The analysis is carried out on the basis of seven characteristics namely graphic, directional, focus, flexible, feasible, desirable and memorable. Every single characteristic is taken into consideration. Last but not least a recommendation and a conclusion are given.
