This book focuses on the organization's critical decisions regarding how to evaluate employee performance in order to improve employee motivation. Effective employees are critical to the company's survival. As a result, one of the most important functions in Human Resource Management is the Performance Management System. Most organizations used the traditional rating scale method, which focuses on how employees behave rather than what they accomplish on the job.
