O knihe
The physics of the processes in conventional superconductors (the Meissner effect, formation of vortices, their interaction with each other and with the magnetic field), is fully understood, and their equations based on the Ginzburg-Landau theory were built before the creation of the BCS theory. In ceramic HTSC theoretical description of these phenomena is facing difficulties associated with the cellular structure of the environment. Current states structure differs from existing in conventional superconductors. Ginzburg-Landau equations are not valid in this situation. In this monograph we consider the long Josephson contact, which enables all the processes taking place in superconducting samples: the expulsion of the magnetic field, the occurrence of vortices, their pinning, etc., in particular the penetration of the external magnetic field into the contact. Mathematically, this task is much simpler than a similar problem for 3D superconductor. It can be solved quite accurately, that allows to calculate the structure of the vortices, to find the energy and strength of pinning, to verify the correctness of the Bean's model, as well as to understand the details of the processes
