All these have different preparation protocol. healing promotive properties are due to various growth factors present in platelets. A PRP blood clot, contains 4% RBCs, 95% platelets, and 1% WBCs.By bringing the concept that different centrifugation speeds may lead to differences in number of platelets, leukocytes, bioactive molecules count and also on structure of PRF scaffold. PRF, in future we can expect improved additives which will further enhance the wound healing and regeneration outcomes.
