Invasive species are considered ecologically damaging; one of these is the giant African snail Achatina fulica. Originally a native of East Africa, it has attained cosmopolitan distribution and invasive status in the Philippines. To be able to understand the nature of this invasiveness, an analysis of the nature of the population and community structures of this species was investigated.Finally, this investigation may help determine the extent of its variability being the raw material of sustained adaptability and long-term survivability and may assist in managing future negative impacts. Thus, this study was conceptualized.
