Lorraine Verity started writing from an early age,

She stopped writing but later in life joined 'Cleveleys
Writers' who inspired her to again put pen to paper.
A group within 'Cleveleys Writers' called 'Cleveleys
Writers With a Song', of which Lorraine is a member,
visit nursing homes to perform their poetry with
musical accompaniments for charity.
