The Bedouin society today is the poorest and most vulnerable population in Israel. All recognized Bedouin areas are included in the lowest socio-economic cluster. One of the most difficult problems facing Bedouin education in the Negev is the lack of proper teaching-learning and poor physical infrastructure in the existing education system and the education system in the Bedouin sector is characterized by complex and unique characteristics. In this complex situation, three major factors influence effective education: The first main aspect in school management is leadership. Due to that represents the main element that characterizes the leader in his attempt to lead others to achieve a common group goal. The second important factor is stress. Work stress is linked arousal to performance. Based on the principle that stress should be stimulated moderately, not excessively. The third main factor is teacher's satisfaction. Related to the motivations and performance of teachers that influence student learning.
