For the crowning of our engineering studies in the field TTL (Transit Transport Logistics) the subject of dissertation below: "PROCEDURE FOR THE DEDANIZATION OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT CONTENTED TO THE IMPORT: THE CASE OF SOCATRAM-CI" was the subject of our work. In this regard, it is appropriate to specify that the Higher Institute of Commercial Careers (ISCC) is the framework of our higher education. The customer before any loading of his goods must get in touch with a forwarder. The latter will tell him about the formalities to be completed for the importation of his goods. The goods being containerized, he must establish an advance import declaration (AID) and also a cargo tracking note (CTS). For bulk or conventional goods, the establishment of these documents will depend on the FOB value of the goods. In order to lift a customs declaration, a number of documents must be provided. These documents come from different ministries and administrations. These documents are general documents and specific documents, Webb Fontaine being the single window for the collection of duties and taxes.
