The book is devoted to developing IgY-Technology which uses the egg yolk of laying hens. This technology is based on the principles of 3 R. Also, chickens are not subjected to euthanasia, and egg yolk is a reservoir of polyclonal antibodies. The author focused on products immunospecificity antibodies, i.e. schemes of immunization as a basic stage of obtaining IgY.
