These recipes reflect the simplicity, warmth, beauty and conviviality of Montpellier, a French university city on the Mediterranean coast. This cookbook is my tribute to Marie-France Mousseron. As the Director of the Mount Holyoke College (Massachusetts, USA) Program in Montpellier, France, I met Madame Mousseron in 2003. She shared her passion for cooking and her culinary expertise with my international students for seven years. On behalf of my students, I thank Madame Mousseron for touching our hearts and delighting our taste buds with these recipes.
