This study reports on "The role of leadership style and Internal marketing in enhancing job satisfaction and organizational performance (A comparative study of public and private sector universities)". The data was collected using sample size of 500 as recommended by(saunder, 2007) and questionnaire is used for data collection, random sampling technique was used in selection of the data.This study was carried out with motivation to investigate the transformational leadership style,transactional leadership style,job satisfaction and organizational performance with the following sub variables Individualized Support,Intellectual Stimulation,Contingent reward,Feeling of Control,Feeling of Competence,Promotion,Fringe Benefits,Training and Development,Recognition, Attractive Work,Achievements,Career Path,Internal Communication,Customer Orientation,Service Quality,Job,Commitment of employees, Motivation,High production of employees,Job retention,teamwork and Cooperation,Overall performance.The findings show that leadership Style, internal marketing, job satisfaction and organizational performance are strongly interconnected.
