The dynamics of the global political process at the turn of the XX-XXI centuries is characterized by the development of a new model of international relations, the main dominant feature of which is the transition from confrontational concepts of global development to intensification of integration processes, creation of an effective structure of security systems at the global, regional, sub-regional and national levels, the use of political and diplomatic means as rational tools of international policy.
