Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a snare of diabetes and is a critical purpose behind visual disability in many countries. Manual segmentation of the retinal blood vessels is difficult and time-consuming, thus the developed algorithms are an automated algorithms which can provide better results over manual labeling.
