'This book gave a detailed overview of the composition of single people in Europe, the nature of their social lives, personal values, and happiness. There was a lot to like about this book. Understanding diverse singlehood experiences outside of a North American context was refreshing, and the detailed information provided across different countries and time were really fascinating! The authors did a great job at using figures and tables clearly to demonstrate patterns among singles in Europe, especially for such a huge amount of data.
