That is, until the birth of Jarek, a young boy with an uncanny ability to see and communicate with the spirits of the dead. Raised in a remote village on the edge of the cursed Harrow Forest, Jarek has always felt out of place. Orphaned as a child and taken in by a reclusive monk, Brother Naldor, Jarek grew up in isolation, unaware of the true power he inherited. That is, until the night he encounters a ghostly figure in the woods - the same specter from the old tales: The Ghost King, but not as a haunting, vengeful spirit - as a father.
