The spatial heterogeneity of the terrestrial biosphere, in which we live, requires increased attention to the management of spatial sustainability. In this monograph proposed a new, physical-economic approach to the creation of a spatial model of sustainability. This approach is based by novel insights of natural sciences, economics, and theory about the biosphere by V. Vernadsky as well as interdisciplinary system studies.The illusion of spatial infinity of some markets (IT services or banking services) can lead to new problems with the growth of the ecological footprint in general. Therefore, the problem of managing spatial sustainability becomes important.Proposed innovation approach to accounting of nature and Earth spatial capital based on the transdisciplinary methodology for research of complex natural, social and economic processes occurring in the Earth¿s biospheric space. Taking the physical parameters of this space into account gives the possibility of forming a new evaluation system in novel physical-economic science and practice and also creates a basis for the system of preventive management in the field of climate change.
