Chemical properties of the bamboo leaf ash showed that the combined SiO2, Al2O3 and Fe2O3 Content was above the 70% limit. Laterite soil stabilized with bamboo leaf ash (BLA) were tested and the results on Compressive strength, Abrasive strength, Water absorption by capillarity and Dry density of the brick samples presented.
