The production of canned juice and pulp and particularly of frozen concentrated juice has been increasing very rapidly throughout the world. The study has aimed to physico-chemical constituents of different cultivars of citrus fruit, screening of different cultivars for storage. However, sweet orange and sweet mandarin were suitable for making of non-alcoholic berverages and easy for bottling.
