This study is intended to ascertain the effectiveness of TENS and Passive Stretching on reducing spasticity in plantar flexors on patient with hemiplegia. The combined therapeutic treatment of TENS and Passive Stretching was found to be equally effective in reducing spasticity and making the rehabilitation of the patients to a higher level of outcome in improving the gait and functional status of the affected hemiplegic patients.
