It wants to establish an Islamic state, it seduces idle youth with a critical discourse against the regimes in place.Beyond the stakes and challenges, our attention was drawn to a form of claims by which the perpetrators voluntarily give themselves up to death. They accept to kill thousands of innocent people thus destroying airport infrastructures, schools etc. In view of the issues at stake: How are terrorism and piracy considered as a new threat to peace and security in Africa?
