Respect and protection of Human Rights for the accused person is vital in any criminal trial, but the challenges generated from criminal law litigation and procedures represents a real problem of not only the law but also the enforcement mechanisms against the accused/suspects. Improper management of the right to bail in criminal cases causes a direct justice impact on the community, the families and on the Government particularly the Prison sector.
