The story of the Àwórì nation would always be inexhaustible because their history goes far back into the early ages when the art of writing had not been invented by the progenitors of this unique people. Through such, it would become possible to unearth their past, just like an archaeologist who recently discovered while digging the ground to lay a new foundation for the present St. James Church where a deeply buried clay pot was discovered. It was full of metal money coins.
