O knihe
Justice is one of the foremost pillars of civilisation, and one which much of the British public believe to be a characteristic element of democracy and the UK - something to be proud of - but do we take it for granted? The majority of people go about their everyday lives safe in the knowledge that no criminal charges will be brought against them so long as they do nothing wrong, with those that do being punished through the legal system. Now, for the most part, it is prudent to say that this is the case. Criminals are dealt with (albeit not always by means of incarceration) and for the majority of law abiding citizens the sights of four grey walls and bars are long from anyone's minds. However, with a quick scan of the internet it can be seen that unfortunately this is not the case and the judicial system sometimes simply does not work as effectively as we are led to believe. Injustice has been a menial but intermittent problem within the establishment for as long as the law itself has existed, and today it is just as striking as ever. This piece will deal with many central issues such as how miscarriages come about in the first instance and possible ways of preventing them.
