The book is divided into 07 chapters, containing information about 100 traditionally used medicinal plant species belonging to 80 Genera, and 52 families. The information were arranged based on their scientific names, author's name, family, common name, local name, habit, locality, description, plant parts used as well as their mode of application for the treatment of various ailments viz., headache, stomach-ache, common cold, malaria, diabetes, blood pressure, cancer, jaundice, epilepsy, skin diseases, cough and fever.
