O knihe

In Cuba, after the disappearance of the State Arbitration body, the Law of the Courts is modified and the Economic Chambers are created, and these begin to work and within their competence to know the breaches of economic contracts which was the main competence of the extinguished body, in such circumstances, a study of the executive process is carried out which applied to the systematic of the economic is brought from the civil matter and adapted to the new procedure and successfully recommendations are made that are managed to put into practice later, except for recognizing the administrative contract. Faced with this reality, one might ask why the conception of a new reality does not change, where it insists on calling economic contracts to the contracts that respond to public services and even to the contracts that are made with natural persons and that are signed for public transportation, or to build a hospital, which in both cases their fundamental object is to achieve a common public purpose or good. Note that underlies with another name the administrative contract, it is a reality for future research.
