Her best friend also worked at the hospital, who she found out later to be her long-lost twin. The best friend tried to seduce Lance. When this happened, the EVS supervisor and the best friend found out they were biological sisters. Lance married the EVS supervisor, and Job married the other sister. There is a lot of drama and chaos that happened. You will have to read the novel to find out what happens next.
