The book presents the analysis of the major threats and opportunities for selected company during the entering the international market. The approach of individual authors to the concept of management is analyzed and the theoretical background of international management and international market is introduced. There are described the basic strategies for entering the international market. Also it points out the main threats and opportunities for all Ukrainian companies at the present time.
