O knihe
This book gives a real life story of how a young man (Peter Mosabi Kihingu) left school back in 1975, joined the Kenya Armed Forces in 1976, was suddenly and summarily arrested and thrown into the quagmire of espionage and torture, subsequently imprisoned for 14 years, fought his way out of prison, penniless and without the assistance of a lawyer. He was arrested while on active duty inside the 78-Tank Battalion, Nakuru, accused of spying for the Tanzanian Government inside the Kenya Armed Forces by seemingly people within the government who were extremely Anti-Tanzania and the whole concept of the formation of the East African Community. The story spans between his youth and the time he served in the Kenya Armed Forces; the arrest, trial and conviction on espionage charges in 1980; then quietly released briefly from prison in 1987 before re-apprehension, is indeed a tall story to tell.
