The monograph examines the status of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine under administrative law. Particular attention is paid to the principles of organization and activities of the State Bureau of Investigation, as well as the description of powers, organizational structure, legal guarantees of activity and legal liability as elements of the status of the State Bureau of Investigation of Ukraine under administrative law.
