Let's listen to the answers that are at the very least surprising for our generation in search of novelty! : "Some say that you are John the Baptist; the others, Elijah; the others, Jeremiah, or one of the prophets. They cited men. No one declined a name or a doctrine that exalted Jesus as a Man and a Prophet! No mention of sophisticated theological jargons: '' God in ONE '', '' God in Human form '', '' Second Person of the Trinity '' Etc... Titles which the Bible does not know exist, moreover! To this question so simple of Jesus on his identity, as for the current generation, what would it have given of scattered answers, especially since there are thousands of doctrines, denominations, ecclesiastical currents, all more opposed to each other?
