My daddy requested to be picked up at 10:00 am, and said, "Jacquelyn bring your recorder and batteries". I informed my dad to keep in mind that first, I am attending Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. Second, I need to inform my professors of my absence on December 13 to December 15, 1987. I love my children so much, I wanted to inform them and my husband, Elbert, of my upbringing and how I learned discipline. Although my children Shiela, Shannon, and Abraham are from my previous marriage, their wellbeing and safety were very important to Elbert and I. My daddy was sick, I took a trip to Jacksonville to take care of him. During this time, I was enrolled in my internship classes. I was also traveling to the hospital for nursing, physical education classes, and physical therapy classes for me to teach upon graduation.
