Under city constructions, are not only metro networks and highways, but also multi-level public facilities like theatres, shopping centres, parking lots, sewage treatment plants, etc. the construction of large commercial and administrative underground complexes in combination with the above-ground residential development give the maximum economic and social benefits. World experience indicates that for a comfortable stay in a metropolis, the volume of underground areas should be 20-25% of the total construction.
