O knihe
Work is above all perceived as a means of acquiring financial independence, of building one's life, of making plans, but also as a condition of possibility, of obtaining a social role, an identity and a certain recognition. Therefore, work is of particular interest to all countries in the world. Thus, it has become the main goal of the ILO, in order to provide assistance to States to facilitate the integration of men and women in a decent job. However, in developed countries as well as in developing countries, there is a high unemployment rate of young people, especially young graduates. In Côte d'Ivoire, unemployment among young graduates has become a concern for at least two decades. Young people are unemployed, underemployed and are in an economic situation. Consequently, in Côte d'Ivoire, in order to take charge of their lives and provide for their needs, young graduates turn to the informal sector of employment, thus developing a form of resilience, the best known of which is the management of a cellular phone booth.
