(Simplybible.com Mar. 23, 2010) God gives us special gifts and talents to use for ourselves and to share with others. According to the Scriptures (Romans 12:6-8), "We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy..., if it is teaching, then teach, if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is to give, then give generously; ..." (NIV) We are all uniquely created and have something that brings joy to another, whether it is to listen, smile, comfort or love. Someone somewhere gets joy out of what you give and would miss it if it were no longer available. Uniquely Created is a book of poems I was asked to write for specific people. You may find yourself in one or more of the poems. Always remember that you are uniquely created.
