The primary objective of this study is to establish the frequency with which Cy Pres occurs at the state level. Within the framework of the primary objective, this research seeks:
(a) to identify and analyze the statutes, regulations, or policies in each state that provide for or prohibit Cy Pres; and
(b) to identify and discuss the significant case law dealing with Cy Pres, that exists in
each state.
