City in the next few years will be the build ing of new water pumping stations, new fire stations, new schools, a new City Building, new fire and police alarm systems, the elevation of the tracks of the New York Central Railway, the removal of the Grand Trunk Western Rail way from Division Street, the building of the boulevard paralleling the St. Joseph River, the development of park lands and City Plan ning.
