The challenge of rural-urban migration among youths in recent times cannot be underestimated. In Kaduna state, most of the communities are agrarian, but greater proportions of the youths in local government areas of the state do not like to engage in farming. However, the development of the agricultural sector will not progress independently of the youth. The current inability of local food production to meet increasing population demand can only be achieved with the integration of enterprising youths into farming.This book gives an insight to what the youths need and where they are lacking in terms of their participation in agriculture.
